التعريف :
To re-instate one’s marriage with one’s divorced wife when she is still in her waiting period, in the first or second case of divorce, but not in the third.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Abstaining from everything that nullifies the fast such as food, drink, sexual relation, and the like.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Imsaak": grasping, holding in the hand. Original meaning: abstaining from doing something. Opposite: "irsaal" and "itlaaq" (releasing).
