A non-obligatory and non-transferable card for payment and withdrawal that has a specific period and a maximum limit. It is issued by a commercial bank or a finance company. It enables the holder to buy things with the guarantee of the issuing organisation. It also enables the holder to get cash from the issuing bank or others, with the issuer guarantee. It gives the holder other services.
