That an evidence serves a scholar’s purpose in some, but not all aspects of the matter at issue. Therefore, the scholar imposes the use of the evidence in the case where the evidence is most applicable. When this is done, he then applies the same to the other cases. This term is used by debaters and scholars of principles of jurisprudence.
