شرح الحديث :

This Hadīth informs that if a woman is given by two equal guardians, like two full brothers, in marriage to two men, she shall be the wife of the man with whom the first guardian contracted the marriage, whether the marriage has been consummated with the other man or not. Likewise, if a man sells something to a person and then resells it to another one, the second sale is invalid, for he has sold something he does not own, yet now belonging to the first buyer.
