‘Īsa ibn Yazdād reported from his father who said that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you urinates, let him squeeze his penis three times (to remove the remaining urine drops). "
شرح الحديث :
This Hadīth states that, when someone finishes urinating, he only has to squeeze his penis three times and says that this way of cleaning oneself is recommended. But if he didn't squeeze his penis and cleaned himself with water after urinating and performed ablution afterwards, his ablution would be correct. This Hadīth is weak and it is not permissible to act upon it. In fact some scholars from other legal schools have said that it is an innovation.
