الشرح المختصر :

"Ahkām wad‘iyyah" (explanatory/declaratory rulings) are descriptions and signs that the legislator laid to identify legal rulings. They are also known as discourses of information. They constitute reasons, such as prayer times; conditions, such as purification for prayer; impediments, such as menses, which prevent one from praying; validity on which a ruling is based; invalidity from which something does not ensue; concessions, such as the lawfulness of dead animals for consumption by the one in compelling need; obligations; or performing an act in its due time, or making up for it, or redoing it; etc.
