Frequently visiting Al-Masjid al-Harām and populating it by performing Hajj and ‘Umrah uninterruptedly.
"Ihyā Al-Bayt al-Harām" (enlivening or reviving the Holy Mosque of Makkah) means filling it with all forms of glorification of Allah, the Almighty, and constant remembrance of Him by performing acts of worship in general and performing Hajj and ‘Umrah in particular. Al-Masjid al-Harām should never be devoid of worship and acts of obedience to Allah. The term "ihyā’", which means reviving, is used in this expression as a metaphor to imply that a populated place is alive, while a place devoid of people is dead.
