المعنى الاصطلاحي :


Anything that is usually eaten with bread, whether it is liquid or solid.

الشرح المختصر :


"Udm" or "Idām" (condiment) is anything that is eaten with bread, adds flavor to it, and makes the eater enjoy it. It is of two types: 1. Liquid, such as oil and vinegar. 2. Solid, such as meat, cheese, salt, olives, eggs and the like. This term excludes everything that is not normally eaten with bread, such as apples and the like.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :


"Udm": something that is eaten with bread, such as vinegar, oil, and the like. Derived from "adm", which means joining, gathering, and mixing.
