البصير
(البصير): اسمٌ من أسماء الله الحسنى، يدل على إثباتِ صفة...
Granting others the produce of trees free of charge for a limited period of time.
"I‘rā’" (gifting tree produce) is a type of "hibah" (gift). It occurs when the owner of an orchard grants the fruits of, say, a date palm as a free gift to someone for one year or so. The gifted fruit is called “‘ariyyah".
"I‘rā’": granting the utility of something to someone without receiving compensation in return. It is derived from "‘ury", which means nakedness. The "‘āriyah" is called thus because it is stripped of its fruit without receiving compensation. Other meanings: gifting the produce of trees to others, isolating, singling out.
