Mutual enjoyment between the spouses through sexual intercourse, foreplay, kissing, etc.
الشرح المختصر
"Istimtaa‘" (Enjoying the spouse) includes all types of enjoying, be it lawful or unlawful. But when this term is used by the jurisprudence scholars it is meant enjoying the spouse, which is effective in the entitlement of the marriage dower.
