المعنى الاصطلاحي :


A state in which each of the contracting parties receives one's rights in the contracting session.

الشرح المختصر :


"Taqābud" (mutual receipt) is the state in which the contracting parties (i.e. the buyer and seller) receive their respective return either by hand or by giving free access to it. It is derived from "qabd", which means taking possession and control of something.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :


"Taqābud": exchanging two things between two people, as happens when each of the trading parties receives what is given by the other.
