المعنى الاصطلاحي
A legally accountable person assassinating an innocent person while the latter being heedless and feeling safe.
الشرح المختصر
"Ghiyalah" (assassination) is a type of deliberate killing that is preplanned and prearranged by the killer. An example is when a person lures another to go with him out of town and deceives him by pretending that he wants to take him on a picnic. So the victim goes out with him in good faith and is then killed while he is unaware. "Ghiyalah" is one of the worst types of killing because of the belligerence it involves.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر
"Ghiyalah": deception and heedlessness. Derived from "ightiyāl", which means taking something out of nowhere.
