Ultimate objectives and rationales of deeds and rulings.
"Aghraad" are the ultimate objectives and wise purposes that Allah willed from His creation, commands, and prohibitions. Behind the actions of Allah there is profound wisdom and sublime purposes. This wisdom is of two kinds: 1. Wisdom which is an attribute of Allah the Almighty that is intrinsic to His essence. 2. Wisdom of His slaves; this is a blessing that He bestows upon them and that pleases them and grants them happiness. Some of the divine wise purposes are known to people in general or to special people. Some, on the other hand, are unknown. Not knowing such wisdom does not mean that it does not exist.
"Aghraad": pl. of "gharad" (the target set up for shooting). "Mughrid" (adj.): what has a malicious underlying purpose. Other meanings of "gharad": annoyance, intense yearning, intention, objective/end, need, benefit.
Attributes. This term is used by some theologians to deny God’s attributes.
