كلمةُ (الخبير) في اللغةِ صفة مشبَّهة، مشتقة من الفعل (خبَرَ)،...
Denial of something by one's heart and tongue and rejection to believe in the truth or admit it.
"Inkaar" (denial) occurs when something inconceivable is brought to the heart. Disbelief by denial is a category of disbelief in which man does not recognize the essence of monotheism and thus denies it by his heart or tongue. Denial of the tongue results from denial of the heart, and the person will be a liar if the tongue denies something that is clearly perceived in the heart.
"Inkaar": It is a verbal noun implying what is contrary to knowledge that the heart is assured with. The person in such a state neither accepts it by one's heart nor admits it by one's tongue.
Refusal to admit or confess something, insisting that it did not happen.
