القادر
كلمة (القادر) في اللغة اسم فاعل من القدرة، أو من التقدير، واسم...
Believing that Allah, the Almighty, is surprised by the occurrence of things without His knowledge or in contradiction with His knowledge.
"Badā’" (change in Divine Destiny and Decree): It is not permissible to ascribe "badā’" to Allah, the Almighty, because it entails previous ignorance and the occurrence of knowledge to Allah, the Mighty and the Magnificent. Both can never apply to Allah, the Almighty. "Badā" is a false doctrine that the Shiites learned from the Jews. It is monstrous disbelief.
"Badā’": appearance, emergence. Derived from "badā". Other meanings: change of opinion, developing a new opinion.
To get to know something after it had not been known. This is true in the case of one who does not know the consequences of things, or the true nature of things. It may not be considered applicable to God, because his knowledge is perfect. This is a false creed accepted by Jews and most of the Shia, worshipping God on its basis. It essentially means a prior state of ignorance followed by a state of knowledge as a result of God having a fresh view which was not part of his prior knowledge. Both are absolutely inapplicable to God. To attribute this to him is a case of the worst type of unbelief.
