"Ta’weel" (interpretation) means understanding words in a way less likely and different from their apparent meaning, which is of two types: 1. having a supporting evidence, which is a valid interpretation. 2- without any evidence, which is an invalid interpretation. Anyone adopting "ta’weel" needs to clarify two things: 1. How the word can indicate the meaning advocated. 2. What proves the evidence that supports changing the first meaning of the word. "Ta’weel" may also mean "tafseer" (explanation, commentary), or the consequential reality of something.
"Ta’weel": clarification, demonstration, interpretation. Other meanings: altering, changing. Original meaning: restoration. It is derived from "awwal" which means the beginning of something.
