التعريف :


What camels and other animals with hoofs from their bellies to re-chew and swallow.

المعنى الاصطلاحي :


It is what the camel brings back from its stomach to its mouth to re-chew it then swallow it again.

الشرح المختصر :


"Jirrah" (cud) is what the camel returns from its stomach to its mouth successively. This action is called "ijtiraar" (rumination). This is done by a camel that feels secure. If it is scared, it does not bring out that cud.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :


"Jirrah": the food that a camel regurgitates (brings back from its stomach) and then chews again. It is also the bite of food that a camel stores until it is time for it to be foddered.
