التعريف :
That the right to cancel the contract is held by both parties as long as they remain in the meeting and have not physically gone their different ways.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Right of the contracting parties to cancel the contract or continue it as long as they are still present together in the place where the contract is being concluded.
الشرح المختصر :
"Khiyaar-ul-Majlis" (choice related to the transaction place) is a choice relevant to the presence of the contracting parties in the place where the transaction is conducted. Each of them has the established right to annul the transaction and cancel it, or to confirm it and complete it, as long as they are still physically present together in the place where the contract is being concluded.
