"Rahn": a contract between two parties which involves mortgaging or pawning something of monetary value as a guarantee for the creditor. If the debtor does not have the ability to pay back his loan or it is not possible to settle it for some reason, the mortgaged property is sold and the creditor gets his dues in full.
