Coulouring stuff, such as saffron. The Arabic word ṣibgh is a root word.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
A substance used to dye clothing and the like.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Sabgh": that which is used to dye clothes. Other meanings: "idām" which means condiment; in which bread is dipped such as vinegar and oil.
