"Sarf" (aversion caused by magic) is magic that is done for the purpose of separating the spouses, causing hatred and dislike to grow between two friends or partners. It consists of medicine and drugs that affect the body, brain, will, and inclination of the bewitched person. Thus, he turns away from his wife, hating her and disliking to stay with her. "Sihr-ut-tafreeq" (magic for separation) includes "sihr-ur-rabt" (magic which prevents sexual intercourse). It takes many forms, which include: 1- Physical Aversion: such as preventing a man from having sexual intercourse with his wife; either because of sexual impotence, or premature ejaculation, and so on. 2- Abstract Aversion: such as loss of desire, and making the spouse seem ugly, or the presence of unjustifiable jealousy, or feeling relaxed when he is away from his wife, and so on.
