The ruling attributed to the Imam. It includes a view, an alternative, a deduction and may also include a narration.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Any statement uttered with the tongue, whether complete or incomplete.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Qawl": statement, composed speech, any word pronounced with the tongue whether complete or incomplete. Derived from "qaala", which means to say.
