A husband takes back his revocably divorced wife during her 'iddah (the prescribed waiting period after divorce), without a new marriage contract.
"Muraajaa'ah": referring back (to someone) to consult (him). It also means taking the wife back after divorcing her. The origin of the word is "raj' " which means returning, the opposite of which is "dhahaab" which means going.
That marriage is restored during the divorced woman’s waiting period, if the divorce is revocable.
