المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Death of the beneficiaries of an endowment.
الشرح المختصر :
"Inqiraad" (extinction) means the disappearance of the individuals who are entitled to an endowment fund and their nonexistence on account of their death. An example of this is when a person endows property to his children but then all of his children pass away and none of them remains.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Inqiraad": cessation. Original meaning: cutting off. Opposite: "ittisaal" (continuity), "tataabu‘" (succession). Other meanings: death, destruction.
