المعنى الاصطلاحي :
“Tahāluf” refers to the situation in which each party to the contract takes an oath to affirm his own version and deny the one offered by the other party.
الشرح المختصر :
An example of “tahāluf” is when a conflict arises between a buyer and a seller, and neither of them can produce evidence. So each one turns into a plaintiff and a defendant at the same time, and the judge settles the dispute by asking each one to take an oath.
