المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Killing by doing an unauthorized action.
الشرح المختصر :
"Qatl bi-sabab" (accidental homicide) is the indirect killing wherein intention of crime is non-existent. For example: someone digs a well on someone else's property, puts a rock somewhere, or throws a watermelon rind on a public road, and his action accidentally causes someone's death, while the person who did this unauthorized action did not have the intention to kill someone.
