المعنى الاصطلاحي :

"Ihrām" (entering the ritual state) means the intention to start the rituals of Hajj or ‘Umrah. This means that certain things that were lawful for the pilgrim become unlawful for him, such as hunting, having sexual intercourse, wearing perfume, and so on.
