The places where camels habitually stay.
"A‘tān" (resting places of camels) are the places where camels (habitually) sit and rest during the daytime or at night, be it to drink water, sleep, stay, or for any similar purpose, and whether the places are built with walls or surrounded by trees or the like. Excluded from "a‘tān" are places where camels stay overnight on a journey or stop to feed and then move on. Such places are not considered "a‘tān".
"A‘tān" (sing. ‘atan/ma‘tan): places where camels stop to drink water; any place where camels habitually stay.
