Emergence of coarse hair around the genitals.
"Inbāt" (growth of pubic hair) refers to growth of coarse hair around the man's penis or the woman's vagina in a way that requires removing it by a razor blade or any other method. The fine and weak hair, however, is not considered pubic hair because it grows in children as well. "Inbāt" is one of the signs of reaching puberty whereby a person becomes accountable for his deeds and competent for religious duties.
"Inbāt": emergence and coming out of the soil. Other meanings: growth of plants, grass, pubic hair, etc.
