A contract of a designated usufruct of an item for a specific time in exchange for a specific return.
"Kirā’" (renting) is a binding transaction. It is a contact in which a person is granted usufruct of something in exchange for a price. It has three pillars: the contract, the contracting parties, and the subject matter of the contract. This contract ends if the contract term expires, the purpose of renting is achieved, the work contracted for is accomplished, or the contract is annulled or terminated.
"Kirā’": to rent something to someone else. It is derived from "leen" and "suhoolah", which mean flexibility and easiness; and it was also said that they mean delay.
