"Khawaatir" are the thoughts and meanings that occur in the heart. They are divided into three categories: 1. Thoughts related to faith: these are the praiseworthy meanings and thoughts that occur to the heart. 2. Satanic thoughts: these are thoughts that call to evil and noncompliance with the truth. 3. Self-related thoughts: these are thoughts that relate to personal desires. They are called "hawaajis" (sing. haajis). Every knowledge or action begins with thoughts and ideas. Thoughts and ideas necessitate visualization, and visualization leads to volition, and volition entails the occurrence of words and deeds. Hence, the person's words and deeds are good if his thoughts and ideas are good, and vice versa.
