Something contrary to what is correct without intention.
"Ghalat" (unintentional mistake) is a delusion that occurs in the mind and makes a person perceive something incorrectly or in a way that is contrary to its reality. It could be in a situation that is incorrect and he thinks it is correct, or in a situation that is correct but he thinks it is incorrect. For example: a man buys a ring thinking it is made of silver and then finds out it is made of another metal. The "ghalat" could be in a spoken statement, an action, or it could be in something particular, whether it is a person or some merchandise, etc.
"Ghalat": mistake, error.
