المعنى الاصطلاحي

The statement made by either of the two parties of a contract indicating his agreement to carry out the transaction.

الشرح المختصر

"Qabool" (acceptance): Among the principle elements of a contract are "ījāb" (offer) and "qabool" (acceptance). "ījāb" is a contracting party’s indication of giving ownership of the subject of the contract (commodity or benefit) to the other party, whether this indication comes first or after the other party makes his statement. "Qabool" is the other party’s statement indicating his approval. In "ījāb", one says: "I have sold this item to you," or: "I have given you ownership of it," or other statements that indicate granting ownership. In "qabool", one says; "I have bought it," or: "I have accepted it," or it may be anything else that indicates approval, whether that be an act, a signal, a written approval, or the like.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر

"Qabool": accepting something and taking it contentedly. Other meanings: agreement, approval.

التعريف
