المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The consequences of an action and the rights that it involves.
الشرح المختصر :
"Tabi‘ah" (consequence) is the consequence of an action and its effects, whether this action is right or wrong. An example is when someone damages the property of another; he becomes responsible for the consequences of his action, such as guaranteeing the damages, paying a fine, and the like.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Tabi‘ah": an adjunct to something, a consequence and effect of something.
