التعريف :
A region or a country lacking the status of full independence and being dependent on another power, which status influences its political, economic and other decisions at the internal and external levels.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The fetus being connected to the mother in the rulings of slaughtering because the fetus is part of the mother.
الشرح المختصر :
التَّبَعِيَّةُ: هي ارْتِباطُ الفَرْعِ بِالأَصْلِ فِي الأَحْكامِ، والفَرْعُ: هو الشَّيْءُ التَّابِعُ لِغَيْرِهِ الـمُتَوَلِّدُ عَنْهُ، ولهُ حالانِ: 1- أن يَكونَ مُتَّصِلاً بِأَصْلِهِ، مِثْلُ الجَنِينِ مع أُمِّهِ، فهو تَبَعٌ لَها، ومِثْلُ الصُّوفِ على الغَنَمِ، واللَّبَنِ في الضَّرْعِ. 2- أن يَكونَ مُنْفَصِلاً عن أَصْلِهِ، مِثْلُ الصَّبِيِّ إذا أُسِرَ مَعَهُ أَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"At-taba‘eeyah": the connection of something with something else and following it. It is derived from "al-ittibā‘", which means: to walk behind someone, and it also means: to accompany.
