التعريف :
To steal something openly, when the owner is present but unaware, and run away.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Snatching something in the presence of its owner while he is inattentive and running away with it.
الشرح المختصر :
"Ikhtilās" (snatching) means snatching money or anything else in the presence of its owner and running away with it, whether the snatcher does that openly or secretly, like extending his hand and stealing someone's handkerchief.

"Ikhtilās": snatching; deceptively taking something while others are inattentive.
