المعنى الاصطلاحي :

الشرح المختصر :
"Salah" (prayer) is a set of known actions (standing, sitting, bowing, prostrating) and certain statements (recitation of Qur’an, dhikr [expressions of remembrance of Allah], and others) that starts with "takbeerat al-ihrām" (saying "Allahu Akbar" to start the prayer) and ends with "tasleem" (saying "as-salāmu ‘alaykum").
