التعريف :

The one who is overpowering, puts the affairs of his creation right, conducts matters to bring them what sets their life on the right course, helping the weak and providing for the poor. It is one of God’s fine names and great attributes.

المعنى الاصطلاحي :

What entails no liability on anyone in terms of retribution or blood money or value.

الشرح المختصر :

"Jubaar" (void/of no account): Any offense committed by the animal by itself, not as a result of negligence of its owner, has no liability on the owner; meaning: its owner is not liable for any damage or injury it causes by its legs or the like. Liability cannot be passed on to the animal nor its owner if its action was not the result of transgression or negligence on his part. So any wrongdoing by the animal is null and void except if there is transgression or negligence on part of the owner. The owner is exempt from any liability (for the damage it caused) when neither transgression nor negligence occurs.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :

"Jubaar": of no account; of no consequence. Other meanings: fallen and permissible.
