التعريف :


Certain things owned by the lessee, such as a construction, trees, woods, soil, which he introduces into the rented building, such as a shop or agricultural land, provided he brings these from outside the land itself.

المعنى الاصطلاحي :


Items of value that a tenant introduces in a rented or endowed store, and he is thus their owner.

الشرح المختصر :


"Kadak" or "jadak" (items added by tenant in leased property) is a term of Turkish origin. It refers to any item that a tenant fixes in a rented or endowed store, whether they are physically attached to the store or are detached from it, and whether permanent or temporary. The tenant is more entitled to those items than any other person at a fee equivalent to that paid for their like. "Kadak" includes items that are permanently attached to the property, like built structures, shelves, locks, and so on. It also includes things that are temporarily attached to the store, like wood fixtures and the like, as well as non-attached items, like coffee cups in a cafe or bath towels in a public bath.
