المعنى الاصطلاحي
The female upon reaching an age at which she becomes desirable for men.
الشرح المختصر
The "Mushtahaah" (desirable female) is the girl who reached the age at which she becomes a source of usual pleasure and most men feel incline to her. She takes the ruling of an adult female in terms of not looking at her and not touching her, in addition to other rulings, which differs according to the place and environment. Some girls grow quickly and become a source of attraction for men at an early age, even they are under ten years old, and other girls are contrary to that.
