التعريف :
A disorder that affects the body which allows relaxation of some religious rulings.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
A condition that adversely affects the body and health.
الشرح المختصر :
There are two cases where a person's actions may occur: 1-Actions in a state of health or non-fatal illness that does not affect the mental faculties. In this case one is considered fully legally competent. 2-Actions in a state of fatal illness, where a person is considered not fully legally competent.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Marad": disease. Opposite: "sihhah" (health). Original meaning: corruption, immoderation. Other meanings: decrease, weakness.
